Joe Terlato - Director

Joe Terlato founded Acceptance Finance in 1990 as a natural extension of his previous seven years in the leasing industry. Joe's extensive technical experience in structuring commercial / investment transactions in both the leasing and mortgage fields is an invaluable asset to clients, staff and the company. As well as being actively involved with clients and introducers, his primary focus at Acceptance Finance is the overall management and direction of the group and continued business development. Joe has completed his Diploma of Financial Services. He has been and continues to be actively involved in the industry via the Australian Asset Finance Association as Immediate Past President (2003-2006) and is currently the Victorian Chair of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (MFAA)-Equipment & General Finance.
Daniel Di Conza - Director

Daniel has been in the finance industry since 1993. He commenced with Acceptance Finance in 1998, playing an integral role in the development of the mortgage division. His qualifications include a Diploma of Financial Services and Finance & Banking IV. As well as being part of the Acceptance Finance executive, Daniel is also responsible for Acceptance Finance’s consultancy team, maintenance and continual development of products and underwriters.
Angelo Carrubba - General Manager

With 18 years in the finance industry Angelo offers considerable experience in residential and commercial lending, having been involved in both as an underwriter and in an administrative capacity. As General Manager, he is responsible for the overall management of the business and systems which support Sales and Administration. He is a member of the National Institute of Accountants and his qualifications include a B. Business (Administration) and Diploma of Financial Services.
Penny Tsaikas - Marketing Manager

Penny has worked in the finance sector since 1989. She started with Acceptance Finance in 1998 in an administrative capacity, and was part of our Client Services team in both mortgages and leasing for many years. She now works in the business development and marketing side of our business and is also responsible for the management of our Introducer Accounts.
Giulia Polizzi - Leasing Manager

Giulia has been in the leasing division of Acceptance Finance since 1998 and is responsible for overseeing and managing the clients’ lease process. She is responsible for the management of all lease files from the initial application stage through to settlement and beyond. Giulia is currently completing the Certificate IV in Asset Finance, which will compliment her current comprehensive technical knowledge in this field.
Chris Berger - Client Services

Chris started with Acceptance Finance in 2007. He is responsible for the management of both mortgage and leasing accounts from application stage through to settlement. Chris has completed his Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Human Resources Management) and Post Grad in Bachelor of Business Honours (Management). He entered the banking and finance sector in 2004 and brings a high degree of customer service skills with him.
Jonathan Cornish - Client Services

Jonathan joined Acceptance Finance in November 2007 after having gained vast experience working in the finance and property investment industries for 3 years. He has studied various aspects of banking and finance in the past and enjoys increasing his knowledge of economic news and issues. Jonathan hopes to bring peace of mind to every client he works with, as he guides each mortgage from application through to settlement.
Robert Mathieson - Client Services

Robert joined Acceptance Finance in September 2007. He has worked in the finance industry for the past 18 years. He spent 14 years in the Funds Management Area, working for various companies in Australia and the UK - NAB, Schroders, Merrill Lynch and AXA. In the last 4 years, Robert has beein working in the mortgage broking industry, facilitating the smooth processing of finance applications from start to finish. He now brings a wealth of knowledge to his role in Client Services at Acceptance Finance.

Emma joined the Acceptance Finance team in October 2007. A valued member of the Client Services team, she is the “face of Acceptance Finance” who will greet you upon your arrival at our office. With her bubbly personality, warm smile and can-do attitude, Emma will guide you to the most appropriate staff member who can look after your needs. Emma hopes to follow in her father Colin’s footsteps and one day become a successful Finance Consultant as well.
Chelsea Morcom - Client Services

Chelsea started at Acceptance Finance in September 2007. She has worked in the mortgage industry for over 6 years. During that time she has been involved in many aspects of the loan process, from inital contact with clients all the way through to settlement. Chelsea understands that the finance process can sometimes be daunting and therefore strives to make every client's experience as pleasant as possible. She is an integral part of our Client Services team.
Josephine Schneider - Accounts

Josephine joined Acceptance Finance in 2007 in an administrative capacity. She has over 13 years experience in the finance industry, having worked extensively in both commercial and personal lending. Josephine provides administrative support to our General Manager and our Client Services team. She holds a Diploma in Business (Accounting).
Leanne Dragani - Finance Consultant

Leanne joined Acceptance Finance in January 2008. She has spent over 6 years in the mortgage sector, with the majority of her experience being gained in administrative and client services roles. Leanne’s focus at Acceptance Finance is to assist our clients from the initial loan application stage all the way through to settlement. She understands that all clients’ needs vary and as such, she will recommend the best possible product to ensure a client’s financial goals are met. Leanne completed her Diploma of Financial Services in 2007.
Jana Holst - Finance Consultant

Jana has been employed within the Banking and Finance industry since 2001. During this time she has successfully held roles in administration, customer service and her current role as Finance Consultant. This diverse employment history has provided Jana with the experience and knowledge she puts into action each and every time she is entrusted to assist a client meet their financial needs. She has recently been recognised for her achievements by becoming a finalist in this year's Australian Mortgage Awards in the category of "Young Gun Of The Year".
Colin McIlfatrick - Broker Development Manager

Colin joined Acceptance Finance in September 2007. He has extensive experience in small business and has been very successful in Real Estate, where he has won many state and national awards. Colin provided top level customer service to all of his clients, going from strength to strength. He was listed in the “MPA” Top 100 brokers in Australia in 2005, 2006 and 2007, has been featured in several industry magazines and presented at industry forums. Colin’s focus at Acceptance Finance has now shifted to training and mentoring our new and existing brokers, passing on his knowledge and vast experience. As always, Colin’s commitment to his clients is a priority and he will always be available to assist existing and new clients - he is only ever a phone call or email away.
Andrew Sanger - Finance Consultant

Andrew is an experienced consultant, having spent an extensive amount of time in both the financial planning and mortgage industry working in the compliance and mortgage consulting fields. His focus at Acceptance Finance is on providing assistance to clients in both the residential and commercial lending areas. Andrew has recently completed his Diploma of Financial Services.
Sally Whitworth - Finance Consultant

After completing a Bachelor of Business (Management), Sally entered the finance industry in 1999. She joined Acceptance Finance in 2001 in a Consultant’s role, to assist new and existing clients in both mortgages and leasing. Sally is one of the most experienced consultants with extensive knowledge of both product and credit guidelines. This knowledge is integrated into the Acceptance Finance Consultants Service Standards, which Sally also assists in implementing.
Adam Williams - Finance Consultant

Adam brings with him 15 years of experience in the finance industry, having worked for 5 years as a Finance Broker and 10 years in the banking sector. Adam has extensive knowledge of residential lending as well as experience in commercial lending. Adam’s focus at Acceptance Finance is on providing excellent service to our clients in both leasing and mortgages.
