It is with great pleasure that we welcome to our family our new team from Doncaster. Mark O’Donnell and Dave Philipsen founded Donation Home Loans in 2002, as a philanthropic Mortgage Broker donating a portion of their income to charity.
In 7 years they donated in excess of $540,000 to more than 200 non-profit organizations. They then established Rhino Money in November 2006, a Mortgage Brokerage focused on commercial, business and investment finance
Mark, Dave and their team now bring to our office immense expertise in residential and commercial mortgages as well as in property projects and business operations. Career highlights include the brokering of the construction finance for the Yarra Glen Shopping Centre totaling $10,400,000.

Charity Golf Day - Update
We are pleased to announce the proceeds from our 2010 Charity Golf Day (over $12,000!) will be used to install a Liberty Swing at Clifford Park Special School in Toowoomba, Queensland. Their community was devastated by the floods in January 2011 and many of the students and their families were affected by the loss of family, friends and property. The Liberty Swing installation is due in February 2012 so check back here for further updates...!
