FINANCE BROKER OPPORTUNITY

Our broker team consist of high performing, motivated individuals, who on average settle $30m in mortgages each year.
An opportunity to join our broker team is available to a suitable candidate looking to build a long-term career in our industry, who have identified they require the support we provide in or to achieve the results they are aiming for. Details of this opportunity are listed below:
- The role based in our Balwyn office and we strongly suggest working from the office (desk provided), but we are open to brokers working remotely if needed.
- You will be working alongside a high performing team of Finance Brokers, with a culture of supporting each other to succeed by sharing knowledge and workshopping solutions for each other.
- Commission only model (uncapped share of upfront and trail commission)
- Commission splits to be disclosed during initial discussion.
- Contract will include a minimum 3 year commitment period, as we will invest heavily in new brokers.
- Full loan administration support provided (inhouse and offshore), so you can focus on nurturing new clients and providing recommendations.
- Acceptance Finance manages its own ACL, and we provide full compliance training and ongoing support.
- We utilise the Mercury CRM, aggregation with Connective.
- Full marketing support provided under the Acceptance Finance brand.
- You profile to appear on Acceptance Finance website, with SEO strategies being available to target your local suburbs.
- Business planning and support provided.
- Access to tailored Professional Development sessions which provide CPD points.
Applicants will ideally have the following qualities:
- Currently operating as a mortgage broker, or a real desire to build a career in mortgage broking (Experience in the finance/real estate industry is not required but would be beneficial).
- Be able to build strong relationships with clients and referral groups, guiding them from enquiry to application through to settlement
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The right ethics and morals to put the customers interest first
- High service commitment to clients
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also be able to work unsupervised
- Your own client base and/or referral network is preferred
- Experience in the finance/real estate industry is not required but would be beneficial.
- Computer competency
Conditions of appointment:
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40815) or equivalent to current Finance Industry standard.
- FBAA or MFAA membership essential
- Please note – there will be initial costs which you will need to cover (education, company setup, laptop, phone etc). We are happy to discuss initial costs and estimate timing of income to ensure you have an adequate financial buffer in place.
