We are looking to employ a Client Service Officer to work alongside our team of busy Credit Advisers.

The position is based in our Balwyn office (Victoria) and the successful applicant will be required to work Monday to Friday.

Applicants are required to have a sound knowledge of the application to settlement process for residential mortgage lending. You must be able to guide our clients from application to settlement and beyond.

The two positions offered allow the right person the ability to work exclusively alongside our Sales team and the opportunity to tap into our large network of referral sources and clients.

One of the positions will be based in our Balwyn office in Melbourne.  Whilst the hours are generally Monday to Friday, the successful applicant should be ready to assist and manage demand as it increases at certain periods.

Another position will be based in Sydney, predominantly managing client referrals from our preferred networks in the greater Sydney metro and regional areas. No fixed office is required for this position.

Applicants must hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and should possess a sound credit, product and technical knowledge of the ‘life of a mortgage file’ and be able to guide the client from application to settlement and beyond. You will also need to have exceptional attention to detail and an extremely high service ethic.

Along with this the successful applicant will need the following qualities:-
