Ally has been our broker for a few years and he is excellent. He always tries more and beyond what is required of him. He helps to look at our entire portfolio and suggests a way that will be best for us overall. In fact he even called me to suggest that I should fix our PPOR loan as fixed rate was about to increase. I was a little hesitant to go through the paperwork as we were due with our baby real soon. But Ally has helped out so much and even fought to get us the best rate. Fast forward 4 months after we welcomed our baby (and of course checking loan rates was the last thing on my mind) I was shocked to see fixed rate had then increased 2% more! Ally literally saved us more than 10k a year for the next 2 years by the phone call that day. Always happy to recommend him to anybody.
