How to apply for a fit out loan

Step 1
Connect with us
Contact one of the brokers listed to book an appointment. Appointments can be completed over the phone, online video call, or in our offices.
Step 2
Initial Discussion
We'll chat through your current situation and objectives. Our broker will be able to determine what type of fit out finance would be suitable for your situation.
Step 3
Recommendations
If appropriate our broker will recommend a Fit Out Finance product for you to consider. The proposal will include repayment information, lender details, interest rates, set up fees and any ongoing fees.
Step 4
Application
If you decide to proceed, our broker will help with the paperwork to submit your application to the chosen lender.
Step 6
Approval
If the lender is satisfied with the application, your loan will be approved!
Step 5
Inspection
If required, we will organise an inspection on the venue where the fit out work will be completed.
Step 7
Loan Contacts
We will prepare Loan Contracts for you to review and sign. We will also arrange the invoice with the vendor.
Step 8
Settlement Booking
Once we have all the required paperwork, we can book in the settlement with the lender.
Step 9
Settlement
Time to celebrate, once the lender settles the new loan, we will update and discuss how the loan facility will work moving forward.
