Buying your first home can be daunting. Our mortgage brokers have helped 1,000’s of First Home Buyers get a home loan, and can provide guidance on government grants and schemes, how to buy at auction, genuine savings requirements, parental guarantees and more.
Ready to step into your next property? Our mortgage brokers are able to provide valuable insights on loan structures, sale and purchase costs, settlement timing, and obviously ensuring you obtain a home loan product that meets your needs.
If you think downsizing is a step backwards, think again. There are many reasons why downsizing has become a popular choice for homeowners, especially retirees. Our mortgage brokers will be able to help you manage this process with confidence and find the right home loan for your current and future needs.
We take the stress out of the financing process and give you the knowledge to make the decision process easy. We also partner with our clients for the long term to ensure they receive ongoing advice for each step in their financial journey.
Our brokers are governed by Responsible Lending guidelines, and a Best Interests Duty to ensure your interests come first. These principle ensure that our brokers will be able to recommend home loan products to you that will serve you well, and are not influenced by lender relationships and commission structures.
We are able to conduct meetings in our office, online or possibly at your home or office. Most of our communication will be carried out over the phone and email, so you will never be left not knowing how your home loan application is tracking.
With our large panel of lenders, we can ensure we recommend a competitive home loan product in your best interest, which will save you in the long run. Having access to multiple lenders, each with their own policies and assessment criteria, will ensure we can provide a greater width of home loan product options for our clients. It also allows us to manage possible valuation issues, which can impact loan to valuation (LVR) requirements and the ability to complete a property purchase.
