The reason why being, is that throughout this entire process, Minji made sure i felt included .😊 we are a LGBT+ couple and she didn't treat us any differently from a regular couple. She was patient with the questions i had, even included me in all the emails and updates, it made me feel so happy. She's the best person we have worked with throughout the process, i only wish she was a buyer's agent and a conveyancer too. Minji will take care of everything! Excellent and extremely fast service. Most applications in Australia take forever to process, however, we received our conditional loan approval within about a week of first contacting Minji Kim, and the unconditional approval within days following the valuation. Minji and the Acceptance Finance team arranged for the property valuation as soon as the land was declared safe for access by the developer. We contacted a few brokers before choosing to go with Minji, one of which told us we would need two separate loans (one for land and one for construction). Minji explained that two loans is unnecessary, as it can simply be done as one loan. When you are dealing with rapidly rising interest rates, it is imperative to engage a broker and bank who are both FAST!
